The staff at Caliber were very professional. They kept my wife and I informed through the whole process. They went out of their way to complete our Van. I really wrecked the bumper on our Van and the body people fix it like brand new. Overall from start to finish was very organized and very professional and personable. The body work on the car looks great! The people at Caliber got a quote over to me within a day and when I dropped it off everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The work only took 3 days and when we got the car back it looked amazing. The bodywork not only looked good but the inside was like it was brand new after the detailing work inside. If I ever need work done again this is where I’ll go. I would highly recommend Caliber for any bodywork you need done!

There was an initial breakdown in communication, from quote to appointment, when we checked claim status to arrange appointment, we notice a check was issued to Caliber and there was no attempt to arrange an appointment date.
