The entire process from start to finish was absolutely outstanding! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to make the process go quickly and smoothly. The set up for a rental was equally as smooth. I was picked up from Caliber by an Enterprise team member and set up with my rental immediately. My car was fixed in 4 days! They even detailed my car. When my car was ready, they accommodated my busy work schedule as a nurse by meeting me at my job to swap my car back with the rental. I am a 100% happy customer! Will definitely refer people to Caliber in the future!
