Very professional people and great experience overall. I appreciated the updates they sent me on the progress of the repairs and they stuck with the timeline initially communicated (even with covid-19 happening). They clearly communicated with me the repairs done and recommendations for maintenance.

My only complaint is that a new bumper was installed on my 4runner. When I got home and took a closer look there’s a big gouge out of the back left corner of the bumper and a smaller gouge out of the right hand corner. Not a big deal as it will likely happen over the course of time I was a bit disappointed to see a brand new bumper have some slight damage.
