I worked with Nate to get my repairs done and he was friendly, informative, and awesome all around! He kept me updated throughout the process and always answered in a timely and respectful manner. I didn’t catch the name of the person who helped me at the front desk during pickup, but she was nice and helpful as well. I will definitely recommend this service center to others!

Being as that Caliber is a Ford recommended body shop, I expected more. With Ford making errors on sending parts, maybe my trust in them is also too high. While the work was great, it seemed there was a lack of urgency to get it turned around.
