What could have been a complete nightmare was not, thanks in large part to the Caliber team. Nate kept me well informed about how the repairs were going. The car looks wonderful … in fact better than it has for years. Thank you! My only gripe is with the email and texting system. I appreciate that I was told ahead of time to verify any text information that I received. It turns out that I did receive some inaccurate text messages.

I can’t believe the way the inside of my truck looks. It’s absolutely filthy. I’ll let you know where to send the pictures to and I was very displeased with the service due to the fact they could’ve called to ask about additional repairs that I would’ve paid for two small dents on the hood in the front of my truck
