I have never had a better experience with a business! The staff was caring, available, helpful and professional yet down to earth. The facility was spotless and modern. My vehicle was done 4 days before promised. The staff took care of all the insurance and car rental needs. When you have been in an accident you have enough stress but Caliber took the worries off my plate.

The customer service and vehicle cleaning were very good, however, the purpose of the work was to have door damage repaired and the resulting repair does not resemble a factory paint job. For this reason, I cannot recommend Caliber to anyone until the paint looks "factory" again.
