I felt discouraged when I picked up my vehicle, expecting it to be in good shape, then it wasn't. Lack of communication.

When l picked up my car threre was a big scratch on drivers side of car. Same side as the rest of yhe damage. Shop blames yoeing company tpwing company blames shop. Looks bad no fix . No help from insurancr comp. Ir shop. Just disapointed in it all.

Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations for customer service at every turn! Communication was consistently excellent throughout the process of having my car restored to wholeness. The facility was spotless, everyone was super friendly and my entire vehicle was spotless and the work done was spectacular - when I picked it up. THEN! Back home and at the gas station, I had a little trouble getting my fuel door open. One call to Caliber Collision and someone was in my driveway 15 minutes later to solve the issue! Service above and beyond. All the stars!!
