We were able to schedule online through our Progressive insurance. We dropped our vehicle off on a Monday and it was done by Friday. Luckily the parts were available. They brought the car to my husband's work and allowed for me to pay over the phone so I didn't have to leave work. They worked with our insurance carrier. Very happy with the service provided.
