There was no update at all for the repairs. I had to call to find out about my estimate I had to constantly ask what was going on. The estimator left during repairs and it seemed my car just fell three the cracks

They just need to be more forth coming with the truth. If the vehicle is delayed tell me it will take extra time. I have not problem with Caliber collision
