The first time I picked the vehicle up it was not repaired correctly. I was promised it would be completed the second time and it was still not done correctly when I picked it up. I now have to take it back and see if I can be corrected the third time.

I am pleased with my service. The receptionist kept me connected with the progress of my car repair very efficiently and in a friendly manner, never to put off any "vibes" of being "bothered!" The servicemen are cordial, respectful as well. My car seems to have its "normal" appearance back. I know I need to spend more time checking it out, but it appears to be looking as it should. In summary, the experience with Caliber Collision Co. was as professional and successful as I am aware it should/could be. After experiencing this wreck, still having the other chapter to deal with including my personal injuries, I find it tremendous relief to have the body-work part dealt with in a prompt and thorough manner.
