Vehicle has been painted 5 times by this location since the beginning of the year. First four were for a warranty issue. 1st time had incomplete buffing and debris in clearcoat. Buffing compound all over the trim and wipers. 2nd time had runs in the paint, incomplete buffing and debris in the paint. Buffing compound still not cleaned up completely. 3rd time had debris in the paint. 4th time the hood was a different color than the fenders. 5th time was an insurance claim. Vehicle came back with hood and both front fenders being a different color than the factory paint. Very frustrating experience overall.

Communication has been frustrating. I feel that when a vehicle has been this difficult to complete, at a minimum, call me back when you say you’re going to call me back. Even if it’s just to say you don’t have a resolution yet.

Truck looks great but I think 6 weeks was too long of repair time. I know it was alot to work on but many hands makes lite work. More people on it would’ve gone done sooner. I was without a vehicle.

I have to take my truck back to the shop because the check engine light came on and it shows an EVAP issue with the fuel tank. Which probably happened when they took the bed off. And also instead of reconnecting a wire for my light strip under the tailgate they cut the wire off. So not really happy about that. They are also going to look at the left finder alignment not matching the hood.
