I cannot say enough good things about Lucas. I work a night shift schedule and he would update me through voicemail because I was asleep. No other business does that and it is very frustrating. Him alone made my visit a 10/10. I hope to never have another accident but if I do I will go wherever Lucas is.

JC and Lance were both great from start to finish. Very kind, professional, helpful and considerate. Communication was excellent, efficient, and very easy. Jc immediately made sure I would have transportation while my car was being fixed. She made reservations for enterprise to ensure I’d have transportation, although I ended up not needing to use the service. I was able to drop my car off after hours and I was able to get it back until my parts came in after the inspection. Which did not take long at all for them to get. Once they came in and repairs were in process the rest was a breeze. Communication and the upmost respect from both of them. Regardless if I called or texted with questions Jc and Lance both replied quickly and kept me informed. I would take my car back to them and recommend them to anyone. My car getting hit was terrible, but they made the whole process easy and my car looks so great. Thank you both so much for your hospitality and hard work.
