I didn't understand why my vehicle was program via Bluetooth for Jabril ~ if a test drive was being done ~ why would you set up your profile in my vehicle ~ and then to noticed that my Bluelink showed the location of the vehicle in Carrollton TX ~ if a test run had to be made ~ it shouldn't have been that far for so long ~ my vehicle was there for their enjoyment ~ even with the "free wash" I still had to wipe down the side of my seats from some kind of white debris ~ the communication was HORRIBLE ~ just HORRIBLE ~ the customer service can use a lot of improvement because they do not give you a chance to talk ~ they acted like they were so busy and spoke fast ~ rushing you off the phone ~ Caliber Collision Headquarters will be hearing from me until I receive an answer ~ and will tell others to never go to this location ~ NEVER!!!!

Left my truck so clean in the inside that I thought stuff was missing. There were some issues at first, nothing I can’t fix myself, but the manager was able to fix the other thing. Over all I’m pretty happy with how the work was done.

From the time I was greeted on the phone by Austin(who also kept me apprised of the progress of my repair the entire time it was in the shop) until I picked up my car when it was promised, everyone from Austin to the General Manager were extremely helpful and courteous. My car looked like a new one when I picked it up. I was very pleased with their service!!!
