This team is highly focused on two things: (1) Excellent customer service and communication, and (2) Insistence on OEM-caliber repairs that must be approved by the automaker’s inspectors who come to the repair center prior to release of your vehicle. I worked with Chandra, Drew, Kevin and the service manager and each of them was over-the-top helpful and professional. I hope I don’t have to go back! But if I ever need more work, I know just where to go. Caliber has my highest recommendation for anyone who expects OEM quality collision repair.

They really, really live for good customer service. They came to my car with all the paperwork because my foot was broken. They delivered me home and brought the finished truck to me at home. The rental car is pick up and return at their shop. The called every Tue and Thur to update me on progress. They had a service manager who was certified by the insurance company to do appraisals with out a separate adjuster having to come by and inspect, so it was quick to get started. Service and Quality are their watchwords.

My stuff was moved around in my car. The middle console was opened because stuff fell out and was reorganized from the way I had it. I took pictures before I dropped it off too. Nothing seemed to be stolen. I am not sure if $10 was stolen out of my glove compartment or if I had misplaced it, but the fact things were reorganized makes me wonder.
