The body work came out great, but when i went to pick it up there were parts not done and I had to send it back to be held longer and fixed. I felt like a simple visual inspection could have caught this error and I wouldnt have saved a trip

The people were all friendly and text messages with status were great. But I felt like they rushed too much telling me the car was complete before it was inspected to be finished. Additionally I had to stay on top of them to make sure they told enterprise and my insurance the car was going to stay longer. I asked the receptionist to text me or call me when they updated both cases, i never got a text or call. I felt like I had to keep calling to check up on them to make sure things got done. On a positive note, they did hook me up with some extra paint for scratches which was awesome. service itself was great, i just felt the communication could have been better.
