I was told to pick up my car after almost a month of work and when I got there I had to wait around after finding my tire pressure light was on and there was a missing piece inside my car. Although promised - the missing piece was not replaced. And I was promised the light would go off but days later it still hasn’t. Now I am left with a problem after having to rearrange my schedule to pick up my car that was promised to be ready.

I was promptly scheduled for an intake appointment. When I arrived they were already waiting for me and coordinated my rental car on site. The team was VERY professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They met me informed of the progress, called me and completed the work sooner than projected. I was VERY happy with the outcome m. My car looks new again. IZZY delivered excellent service and the entire team were all great. I will definitely recommend this Caliber location to others.

It's just unethical to repair a vehicle but send it back to the owner with new damage and incomplete work even if it seems minor
