The work done by this shop was excellent. Our car was hit by a coyote and it managed to knock out the passenger’s side front wheel well, fender trim, damaged the bumper and grill. It all was replaced and the carlooks great. Be aware that timing is everything and parts can slow down the process. No fault of the shop, just the reality of logistics . Kudos , to Chris and his handling of the situation.

They went out of their way to provide excellent service. After I picked up the vehicle, I noticed a tiny section of the front door that was scratchy to the touch (from the rear door damage). They went out of their way to buff it out. The car looks like new again thanks to Caliber.
