headlights that were replaced were not leveled. speakers were not hooked up entirely, and emblem on bumper had hole in it.

They have a serious communication problem. A different story is told every conversation. But when the manager says he will personally make it right and personally bring the car to you and then he can't even make a phone call, it makes you really wonder what kind of business they are running. Will not use them again or reccomend sadly.
