Communication about the car rental was incomplete. When I dropped my car off I was not told that Enterprise would bring a vehicle to the shop. I made arrangements to have a friend pick me up only to find out a rental could be delivered. Turns out Enterprise wasn’t answering their phones, so Caliber gave me a ride, I was very grateful.
