I received an estimate that it would take 1 month to repair my car. That's too long for the amount of damage on my car. It took 3 weeks, still a long time. I was thinking 2.5 weeks. Everyone was courteous.

I went to pick up my car about 5:24. For the most part, I am satisfied with work, except for the trunk I was not able to open it with my key. However, I was able to open it using the lever near the driver’s side & I noticed there is gap on right side wider than the left. I informed the office administrator of after I examined the car & paid my deductible. He looked it & told me to come at my earliest convenience.
