Do the work right and DON’T accuse your customers of causing damage or saying something was there. If my mirror cap wasn’t loose when we took it in, how the eff does it just fly off the car? There are so many expletives I would like to use but it’s rude and serves no purpose. My husband was treated like he did this when it was your oversight and shoddy work.

I am happy with the finished outcome but not with the customer service. The text message said the car would be finished at 5 pm on Friday. I called and talked with a lady to see if possible if I could pickup early in the day on Friday. She stated that there was one car ahead of mine to be painted and she would call me back before the end of the day with an update. Monday morning still no call from her so I called to see if it was completed. Nope. She told me the exact same thing. So I waited for the text stating it was complete. I didn’t have the luxury of a rental. My car does look good.

You had the truck for over 5 months originally told me we can pick up the truck and January then I was in February then it was the middle of February then it was the end of February then it was the beginning of March and it was the middle of March and it was the end of March then it was the beginning of April and you finally got it done I can build entire homes in 5 months

I haven't noticed any problem so far; apparently the work was of a high quality. The vehicle was however without the windshield washer fluid after the reapir.
