The original repair was a 1 out of 10 - the parts were not replaced correctly, there were tape marks on my vehicle, the front bumper was supposed to be repaired and it wasn’t. The second time the repairs were corrected and the front bumper was fixed. The vehicle looked as expected. There were only minor issues related to billing for the front bumper and the receipt of update texts, which were addressed by John. The customer service was great.

Had a great experience with them with our Ford Explorer!! Their communication was fantastic, we got updates almost daily on how our vehicles was doing and they were able to do the repair in less time than originally expected! They even took the time to tow the vehicle on their expense to get a second opinion before getting it back to us. So blown away with our experience!!

The whole process was smooth thanks to the employees at Caliber Collision. I was able to get a quote right away. They got my car in the next day. They worked with the rental car company and my insurance company. Mostly I appreciated the updates in the progress of their work on my car.

I chose Caliber Collision because it was the first repair facility recommended by my insurance that did not start with a B. After a disappointing experience with another local auto body shop, I arrived with fairly low expectations. Those expectations were quickly exceeded. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff knew who I was and the purpose of my visit. Caleb, the manager, took the time to walk through my wife's Bronco with me both before and after the repairs, ensuring everything was clearly explained and that the completed work met expectations. Throughout the repair process, I also received regular updates, which gave me confidence that the vehicle was being well cared for. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and customer service provided by the Caliber Collision team in Oshkosh.
