The work that your staff performed on my son‘s truck when it was damaged by hail from recent storms was excellent. The timeframe to get the truck in and complete the work was exceptional. We have used your services three times in last three years and each time the work was outstanding. I would highly recommend using caliber collision.

Catherine at the front desk was great. Service tech was not. Absolutely no communication about the vehicle at any point during the repair process. I requested information and never received it, had to get the info from the insurance company. The only way I knew my car was ready was because I got an automated message.

Am i Satisfied? Yes with one shortcoming The interior grab hanle on the driver headliner was removed for repair and left in the driver door pocket. I will snap it back in place. If for any reason their is a problem with doing this or any anything else I'll let you know.
