I called to schedule to have my blind spot monitors calibrated and I was told someone would call me back. No one called me so I called them back. They said I was scheduled but when I got there they had no clue I was coming. When I picked my truck up I noticed that it still wasn’t calibrated and I called to talk to them. They once again said someone would call me and no one did. My truck is not calibrated right the blind spot monitors go off randomly and don’t go off when someone is in my blind spot. I would really like to get my money back as this was an insurance claim so I can take it to someone that can get it done correctly.

The finished product was not good at all the first day we went to pick it up. They did rework the issue and got it corrected. However, last night I noticed a bracket hanging from the bottom of the car. I Will need to take it back once again for them to fix hopefully in the next day or so as my schedule will allow me to. Very inconvenient!

The paint texture did not match the texture of the car. The person argued that it was a swimming pool finish and that dealers tend to apply a thinner layer of paint acknowledging the difference, but stating the repair was done with a superior technique so that was acceptable even though it didn’t match. Person eventually agreed to buff it down upon return to replace taillight.
