Catherine was my first contact, and as a person who has run small businesses, I can say how important this first interaction is. I was very impressed, and she put me at ease, and told me what to expect. Steven was very reassuring, and told me that he would handle my insurance claim, which he did. His prediction for when the job would be completed was correct. Finally, my car looks like new! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a collision repair.

Fixed my Cherokee a week quicker than predicted. Staff was nice, and professional. My Jeep looks really good. But still worry about some play/ wiggle in my hood, haven’t been on the freeway over 70mph since getting it back.

Huge thanks to Caliber Collision! Jeff and his team got my car fixed in a little less than a week, which I was not expecting such a speedy process. The text messages told me exactly what day my car would be fixed and they called to confirm my pickup time. I’ve never had such an efficient car repair process, I am glad my insurance referred me to them. I would recommend caliber collision to anyone!

My experience was Caliber Collision was great. Staff was very friendly and so easy to work with. They would update every few days so you knew at point of repair you was at.
