I did not notice the noise immediately because I had the AC and radio on. However, there is a squealing noise when driving. This car was brand new when we bought it and has never been in a wreck until now. The noise definitely wasn’t there before. I also noticed the “brake dust shield” or “rotor shield” wasn’t replaced even though it was damaged. I have a recording of the noise the vehicle is making for submission if it might help troubleshoot the issue. Thank you.

I wasn’t satisfied at first. I had to bring it back and they had to replace the whole wheel hub. Something I think they shouldn’t have missed to begin with. However, they put me in a rental at their expense, fixed the issue, and thus far, the repair seems to be a good quality repair.

Caliber made working through the Chubb process so much easier. In fact I would suggest they use Caliber instead of whatever agent/estimator system they have in place. Without Caliber, my car would not be fixed yet because it took the named person from Chubb over two weeks to return my call.

Caliber was great. Without them I would have never been able to navigate Chubb. Your agent that was assigned to my case waited almost three weeks to return the call. By then, then Caliber rep had guided me through what to do.

Again, just get rid of your agents and let Calibre handle it all. It’s bound to be cheaper and a lot less likely to lead to complaints to consumer groups.
