When I dropped my car off to get fixed Chris told me that the little part on the bottom was going to get fixed and they did not fix it like he told me they were going to do so what we going to do about that. It was a 400 dollar fix is what he told me it was going to be and not to worry about it because he told me they were going to do it for free and it is not fixed at all. That is why I am giving them a 7 of 10. I am sorry. The driver door looks good but not were it was were he told me it was going to be fixed is not done. So should I come back in and have it looked at again or see what we can fix it when I come in.

As always, the work on the vehicle is expertly completed and the service is friendly, professional, and very much appreciated. The only snafoo was due to the unusual circumstances of having two tickets/orders in the system that were simultaneously being worked on, resulting in me receiving an automated text reporting that the vehicle was ready for pickup, when it still required a few more days to really be ready for pickup. Overall, I highly recommend Caliper Collision, as the labor, service, parts, communication, etc--essentially the entire experience from my occasions to use their services, have always resulted in a car that looks and works like new.

When I first took my Mazda to Caliber Collision, the wait time for someone to inspect the damage was less than five minutes. The gentleman helping me knew as soon as he saw the damage what needed to be done(obviously). Everyone was very professional. I especially liked that I received text messages daily or every other day on the status of my repair. And they completed the work a week ahead of schedule. Caliber Collision did a fantastic job. I had a great experience with them.
