Overall the staff i spoke with was very friendly and informative I was kept update to date on the status of my vehicle. However there is debris in bumper paint that will need to be buffed out and a small chip in paint by driver side passenger door I do not recall seeing prior. All of the items I had in trunk that were removed were left in back seat rather than being put back had to call about missing net(tech placed in with spare tire) all of my seat settings were changed and steering wheel was unlocked

Staff was very friendly and I was kept up to date on the process however car will need to go back tobhave debris buffed out of paint and the items removed from trunk was not put back and seat settings were moved and steering wheel was unlocked

Whoever did body and paint did great job.

The whole thing is too chaotic, it could be more streamlined and I feel they should keep customers more informed of the whole process and what to expect or what costs or wait times a customer could incure especially with the relationship between enterprise and caliber collision and insurance.
