This is the second time my vehicle was in your shop. The first time around, the repairs went without a hitch and the car looked as good as it did the day I bought it. This time around, the car looks like absolute crap, the attitude of your employee Eric has absolutely made sure that not only will I never use your shop again after this is taken care of but I will never recommend your shop to anyone else.

Eric, the one who is handling my car, neglected to tell me that I could opt to pay the difference from the aftermarket part to the OEM part. He blamed the insurance company. They used an aftermarket bumper that does not fit properly on my vehicle and as a result looks like crap. When I saw the vehicle I told them I was not satisfied and they basically told me I had no choice they were not going to do anything about it. So, I did pick my car up but not because I was satisfied but because basically they said they weren't doing anything more. Yesterday, I had a conversation with this Eric and he literally told me that had I not pick my car up and not paid my end of the deductible with you would not have been paid that my car would have been fixed. But since they have been paid he doesn't feel the need to do anything else for me.

My insurance company had called Eric at your office in Fort Wayne Indiana and he literally lied to them and told them that the bumper fit fine when it does not. I am not satisfied with the treatment I have received from your company.
