We were very pleased with how Caliber handled the repair and working with the insurance company. We were surprised by the actual time it took. Not being familiar with the process we did not fully take into account order (and re-ordering) parts.

An added plus I did not expect was the front dash, seats and floor were cleaned as well as the back seat and floors were cleaned as well! I know they needed it badly and was pleasantly surprised that it was done. Thank you so much. Was planning to get it detailed and now I don't have to? I have recently referred a friend to Caliber Collision.

All staff know their business well and it shows in the way it is run. All the steps thru the process are explained in person, by phone or in text messages. Today Kyle took me thru the final day before pickup and upon arrival late in the day a young gentleman transferred my things from my rental to my car. He was very kind and so helpful. I will definitely tell others of my positive experience .
