All of my interactions getting an estimate and dropping the car off were very pleasant and smooth. I would have appreciated more communication during the repair. The only update I received was after I called to inquire. My largest complain was the condition of my vehicle when I picked it up. I found that the entire back half of the car, inside the rear hatch, was filthy and coated in thick white dust, as was the driver's side floor mat. (The car was clean when I dropped it off). I was very disappointed that a repaired vehicle would be returned before it was fully cleaned. I did, however, receive a gracious apology in the mail several days later. I appreciate the manager's gesture and hope that this incident will lead to better care of other owners' cars in the future.
