I was a lot surprised that they were able to fix my car for about half of what the original estimate was. I guess I would have liked a clearer explanation for the discrepancy. Other than that,I am pleased.

My car looks so good after repairs, and I was pleasantly surprised how clean they made the inside for me as well. I really appreciated the offer to deliver my car to my house as I was going to be out of town upon completion of the repairs. I will definitely recommend Caliber to anyone needing work done!!

The repair was fine, but the communication is to what needed to be fixed was subpar. I had to contact the facility to get updates no one ever contacted me. And it was stated that they would call me every Monday Wednesday and Friday to update me
