My repairs on my car were excellent!! The paint was matched beautifully!! I was very happy to receive my repairs completed much sooner than I was expecting. I also loved receiving the great updated texts/e-mails communicating the ongoing status of my repairs!! Sebastian & the staff did an outstanding job with making sure I understood all the details regarding all of my repairs on paper & they stated them verbally.

You all did a great job on my car! All of the associates made me feel at ease and confident that the work done on my NEW car would be done in a timely and professional manner and it was. The secretary, when I first walked in had a big smile and was already waiting on me to come in to get the process going which made me feel special! She was very courteous, personable, and informative giving a great first impression! She really helped me to understand and get through the process because when I scratched up my NEW car, it happened at one the most inopportune times in my life but they made it easy for me assuring me that they would and could handle it and would do a professional job And would get my car looking like brand new again! They sent me updates about the status on my car as it was being repaired. When I went to pickup my car it was still a ambience of a welcoming calmness. The secretary immediately handled the business aspect and then called Sebastian, who was great and came out with a big confident sweet smile making me feel safe giving the impression that he took great pride in his work and that I would be totally satisfied! Thank you Caliber Collision!

Excellent work, better than expected. It looks brand new! And they put a real emphasis on timely repair. When through great efforts to get the vehicle done faster than the timeline they gave us!

They repeatedly were more than accommodating. When the delivery timeline for parts was long they worked to source another part and convinced the vendor expedite the shipping. When we couldn’t make it to pick up the car before close, they offered to stay late so that we would be able to pick it up. Really great service!
