Vehicle was supposed to be ready on 12/15 and theoughout process was told on schedule. Since weâre out of town, I arranged flight to pickup the morning of 12/20. I was told on 12/15 that the vehicle was not ready, and it ultimately was not complete till 5pm on 12/20. Forced to find something to do for 7 hours before getting on the road for 8 hours. I will now reach my destination at 2am.
