I did in fact tell family and friends about Caliber what I liked and didn’t like I loved all your service except there were two things of miscommunication that I didn’t like it was the fact that the insurance adjuster said that he spoke to the mechanic and was told my left mirror wasn’t from the accident so the adjuster had them stop work and is now under investigation so I still have a cracked left mirror from the accident that I am not happy about and to this day I haven’t got a call, email, or text message back.i also had some car trouble after I took my car back on my trip to my orthodontist in Orange County it wouldn’t start I did call Caliber and I did email but got no response back so this is why I’m late responding back now that I’m home.

I give that a 5 because I did mention my mirror on the driver side being damaged but I was told by my insurance adjuster that he was told it wasn’t from the car accident although I had proof from photos and the person that hit my car standing there by it.

Everything went smooth didn't have to call in for anything.You kept in touch about my car. And delivered on time.I also appreciate that you had Enterprise pick me up and take me to their shop to get my rental,and I was able to leave the rental there with you guys.and left.Everyone greeted and kept me informed.

Most of the problems wasn't with caliber collision it was with the vendor and how they was shipping with UPS I would recommend start using FedEx they give you a date and time when your package arrives sometimes everything isn't all about cost-effective especially when it's at the expense of the customer
