I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision on Auto Drive in Fresno after my 2024 Mazda CX-30 was involved in a fender bender. The team was professional, communicative, and attentive throughout the entire repair process. My service advisor, SEAN, kept me updated every step of the way, and the repairs were completed right on schedule. The front desk team and all of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I left happy and satisfied. Whenever I called to follow up, they were consistently accommodating, courteous, and eager to help. When I picked up my vehicle, it honestly looked brand new—the paint match was flawless, the body lines were perfectly aligned, and the finish was impeccable. I had an amazing experience with Andrea. She kept me updated throughout the entire repair process with my vehicle. The Production Manager Rudy personally went over all the repairs that were done to my vehicle and answered all my questions. I was extremely satisfied, my vehicle looked brand new.
