They did an awesome job on my 5th gen 4Runner. My entire front bumper was replaced along with other trim pieces and parts that were damaged, and everything looked straight from the factory when they were finished. The quality and customer service is over the top and I was extremely impressed with how professional the staff was throughout the entire evolution with uptates via text messages as the repairs were both underway and completed. This is the nicest collision center that I have ever been to and I loved the snacks, ice cold bottles of water and the comfortable seating area. First class for sure !

It really was a great experience. I know that may sound silly, but everything went so smoothly. I didn’t have any painful phone calls. I was updated consistently. I never once had to reach out because I had a question.

If there was an option for nine and a half I would have gave nine and a half only because there is always room for improvement😊 that being said I would certainly revisit you guys if it was needed and hopefully🤞 it's not needed anytime soon🙃🫣😆Overall I was very happy and pleased with the repairs and I would DEFINITELY recommend you guys to friends and family 🤔 well to anybody that were asking about a body shop for repairs on their car😌👌🏼👍🏼 Thank you to everybody at Caliber Collisions for a job well done🙇♀️

Nowadays it's hard to find good customer service at many businesses people seem to be bothered or act like customers are an inconvenience to them by you asking questions or even just being waited on these days you would think the high cost of things being commonplace you would get decent customer service but even that seems to be at a premium 😔 But it's not so with you guys you guys were very helpful attentive and very kind you even had umbrellas at the door popcorn, hot coffee, snacks and other beverages didn't go unnoticed( which were all complimentary) they were greatly appreciated I would say your customer service was top-notch👌🏼👍🏼

Chris and the staff was extremely helpful and kept me up to date on the repair of my vehicle. The repairs were done quicker than we thought it would. My vehicle looks beautiful again.The convenience of the rental car being available when you drop you vehicle off was great.

Caliber collision did an amazing job on my Camry, they also cleaned up a lot of scuffs and scratches on the side of the car which I did not expect. Amazing place, I hope I had never have to have any body work done again but if I do, it’ll be here.
