I didn't have the time to go to the shop except to pick up my car being that the insurance agent took care of the rest but for what I saw it looks like a nice place with friendly employees.

The car looks great. For all I can tell they did the job that needed to be done. My only complaint is that the windshield washer tank that was replaced was empty, but I'm not sure if they were supposed to fill it up.

I appreciate Chris and the other body shop guy (who had recent back surgery) that went in on Friday night and Saturday morning to get my car finished. I hope they were paid for the extra time they incurred to get the job done. Thank you again!!!

I was provided with a car for the duration of the repairs, which was also perfectly fine. The whole team worked very well, many thanks to them. No communication. I always had to call for an update. Front end not knowledgeable. And wait time when in office to talk to anyone was crazy. The job on car was good but the office might as well be handle by a call center.
