Was a great experience. Caliber Collision was professional, friendly and kept me updated on the repairs being done to my vehicle. Being kept informed through text messages was so convenient and made it more personal. When we picked the car up it was beautiful inside and out, which was much appreciated as well. I was completely satisfied and happy with their service.

When I dropped my car off everyone was very helpful and up front about what should happen, the process. This was my first car accident and I was very nervous. I was updated every step and it eased my mind.

Parts that were ordered were wrong and showed up unpainted and I believe she said after market without Toyota emblem. So good thing I saved the old parts because it would have taken longer. On the service/sales dept, they were top notch and very professional/pleasant to work with. Vehicle was returned clean and better than when we dropped it off on the inside.

The front end of my vehicle now wobbles.. the check engine light is back on after I was told it was the loose gas cap, the headlights don’t match even though I expressed my concern about this and was told that you all would buff it ( you didn’t) And I can see where the paint pooled at tape lines. The service was friendly just comes up a little short. The front end was not wobbling when it was dropped off to you so now I have to get that figured out as well as the check engine light that came on for the first time ever the day after the accident. I’ve been “assured” that is not due to the accident but I am not convinced.
