The work was done really well, the customer service in person was great! The only gripe I have is that they called me multiple times saying my car would be done earlier than expected. My original date for completed service was March 27. They told me it would be done the 13th or the 16th, then the 16th came around they said it would be done the 20th. Then the 20th came around and they said it should be done the 23rd that they would let me know if it didn’t seem like it would be finished by 23rd. Then the 23rd came and I didn’t hear from them again till the 26th when it was done. I had no problem waiting till the 27th but I was given false hope that it would be done earlier 3 times. If they never told me it would be done earlier I would not have cared. I had no problem waiting for how long it took. I was just given false hope. Work done on the car was amazing, in person customer service was also amazing.

I left very impressed with the work and the accommodation that Caliber Collision provided. It was a quick and easy process to drop off my car and their team provided several updates as to when I could expect my car to be finished by. If I had any questions, they responded in a timely manner. When I requested accommodations for pick up time to fit my work schedule, Chris and his team were more than happy to oblige. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked good as new and there have been no issues since their repairs. Overall, I left satisfied with my vehicle’s maintenance as well as their communication.
