All repair cost should be disclosed at the beginning not added as you go along. The vehicle looks fine. I believe the answer is training and experience. We all have to start at some point. Thanks.

The car was not checked properly before handover. Parts not alligned (gaps very visible), one front grille was chipping away (brand new), some scratches on the door that were not there. The communication during repair was excellent, Courtney did a great job. Their system is great, but execution was poor on the repair itself. Would not use Caliber again, based on the end result. It seemed like they rushed things, which is good only when the quality of the job is not affected.

Car was not ready to be handed over. Poor quality control, although communication and execution time were very good. You would expect that a brand new chromed front grill would not be chipping away and someone would make a final visual inspection to see if the parts fit properly (hood was not alligned, visible gaps)...but not this time...you have to deliver the goods, guys, no matter how good is the marketing and client interaction. You guys didn't deliver this time.

Everything was taken care of without issue or delays. My car was taken apart, repainted, and repaired. A factory part came in warped - Chris and Bobby saw it and got a new one on order to get it fixed. Since the start from submitting my claim and meeting the team, there has been nothing but professionalism and care for my time and vehicle. Appreciate everything the team has done to help me out with this unfortunate event.
