It is an averaged shop. It is not so amazing as it is a network shop.

I think the understaff is the main reason for delayed vehicle pickup and unresponsive calls. I have to wait for 5~10 mins for every call, The service quality and collision repair service is fine. The employees seem to be too busy to take care of both cars and car owners simultaneously.

Took 11 days for minor damage but went very fast and I was called everytime there was an update or issue to keep me in the loop. Was taken care of and didn’t have to pay a penny. Acquiring the rental was easy too and simple.

Very pleased with my service at Caliber. Jasmin kept me notified of all progress on a regular schedule, and I never had to call for an update. Not even once. They also finished more than 15 days ahead of schedule. And that was with having to send parts back that had been damaged in shipping. The job they did on my truck was outstanding.
