The bumper and the side panel did not initially line up when caliber reported that the car was ready. The man from Caliber came out ro speak with my husband about it was very condescending. He immediately spoke to us like we didnt have a clue what the repairs should look like or how they were done. After my husband went through the step by step process of what should have been done and what what wrong about the end product, the man from caliber said he would fix it.
