I had a wonderful experience with Michon at Caliber Collision. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a delight to work with due to her friendly and fun demeanor. Michon provided me with a fair estimate for fixing the mirror mount on my late husband’s Miata, which I needed to sell. Throughout the process, she kept me updated on the progress, and the repair was completed in a timely manner. The entire team at Caliber Collision is fantastic. They are not only friendly but also go the extra mile by offering rides home or pick-ups if needed. Overall, Caliber Collision is an excellent place to do business, and I highly recommend them for any car repair needs.

difficulty in communicating with personnel at Caliber. Had to call numerous times to see if car was ready. Kept getting unclear updates with no certainty. Very frustrating from my end. When I got car it was dirty and was told they did not have time to was car. Said they had to calibrate car and they had problem doing that.. I have had numerous repairs with previous cars and this was worst experience. Why can' you manage the process better?

Color is wrong. Old hardware was not used, now key does not work. Left old tailgate to be color matched, color does not match

Repairs ran past the 28 August 26 date provided and passenger side (replaced) headlight is noticeably dimmer. Also instrument lights seem dimmer although this may be due to having driven a different car for a month.
