Service was beyond what I expected, Eve kept me updated on status of my vehicle regular through text messaging which made it convenient with my busy schedule, it took longer that I’d like but it was worth all the wait. The bodywork was perfect and I left there feeling extremely satisfied. I would Highly recommend them, they were very professional.

The repairs made brought my Ram back to a factory condition. Fit and finish on parts are within specs and the paint and clear-coat are outstanding. The staff established a clear line of communication and kept me up to date with each step of the repair process. Would recommend the Carson City facility and would use them again, if needed. Thanks

I would recommend this shop apart from the parts gaps the service was great

Although it’s fixed the parts and stuff don’t fit there are gaps noticeable gaps and clips that I had. Push back and still did not full align it’s repaired but I’m not happy with it

Quinn was great but again the way the repair and parts used and how it’s not flush and noticeable gaps
