You should be excited that I am a satisfied customer. Clay and his team at 1501 North Chester Street, Gastonia NC 28052 did a professional job on my car. He made sure I knew when the repairs was going to start and If any problems needed special attention or extra time. I felt like my car had its own personal repairman. The experience I had at Caliber Collision was excellent and I never worried about hearing from anyone like some places I had to call and find out what, when, and why didn’t they let me know. Caliber means competence, quality, talent and that is everyone who worked on my car from the front door to the exist. They keep me updated the entire time they had my car. Sent me text or called me to let me know how the repairs were coming along. My car look great they did a fantastic job. I would take my car their again and would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs done to their vehicle. They even cleaned my car inside and out.
