This was a scam, the insurance company paid 17k for repairs, now the car is valued at 17.5, should have been totaled, which you knew up front. This is why auto insurance is so expensive. What a business scam plan you have, with guaranteed insurance payments. Will never use any Caliber locations in the future, and will never insure through State Farm.

This place should be out of business. They are a scam. They tell the insurance company it’s gonna cost tax amount, knowing that there’s more damage on the inside and they discontinue to repair it, which is against the laws and Delaware.

You repair a car that should not have been repaired. The car is worth 17 to 19 grand and their repairs cost almost 17 grand. This is a total scam on your behalf. In addition the frame had worked done to it which you never notified me of and further reason, it should’ve been totaled now we cannot get rid of the vehicle. You will be hearing from my attorney.

took too long to get the repairs done, which required for me to keep the rental for an additional week at my expense. When I went to pick the car up the trunk operation it had not been tested and at that time I was there it failed. That required me to extend my cost for the car rental.
