Everything went well other than the fact that maybe they could’ve done a better clean up and maybe more communication between them and insurance but they took care of me like my first accident I will definitely be back if I need them again here’s hoping i won’t have to but thanks to John and his co workers I had another great experience

I was very pleased my vehicle is so much better than it was but I wish there was more communication than just a text like my first accident and more between them and my insurance but overall it was great and I’ll be back if I need them here’s hoping I don’t John, Chris and everyone who helped was wonderful

John went above and beyond to make sure the Lexus was repaired like new. State Farm originally only allowed aftermarket parts to be used and when they did not turn out perfect John pushed back to get the OEM parts sent out as well as an F sport upgraded rear bumper. One of the best paint jobs I’ve seen on a replacement part, can’t even tell it’s been replaced. Again very pleased!
