Friendly and professional they were thorough but in my opinion it took way too long to complete repairs. About 17 days. Thankful for interior clean and car wash.

This is Joseph, the Infiniti owner. Everything was great from drop-off to pick-up. Smooth, easy, and zero issues. This is actually my second time using Caliber. My insurance company tried sending me somewhere else and I said, "Nope, Caliber is in-network too." 9 because of delays with paint booth. But they took it to another location and painted it so we didn’t have to wait longer for the car. Berry appreciative for that. The people at the Georgetown location I would give them a 10
