I like the mtown location; good communication, friendly.

Georgetown didn’t call me so I had to contact mtown for them to get Georgetown to call. After that I received one phone call to apologize and one to tell me my car was ready and I could pick it up. I had to ask them to bring it back to mtown for pick up. I think there was a lack of communication within their office.

Stephen did just as he promised by keeping me informed on what was going on with my car day by day. When my car was done and went to picked it up the airbag light was on. Stephen even went beyond and had me keep my car there and had a specialist come out to look at it. Stephen also kept my insurance informed and the car rental company. I appreciate all that he done. The staff was also nice and professional.
